Guardian of Kawthoolei Scholarship Program (Formerly Saw Poe Thaw Thaw’s Legacy Foundation) (English Text)

Dear friends, supporters, and partners,

We would like to inform you that Saw Poe Thaw Thaw’s Legacy Foundation has officially been renamed the Guardian of Kawthoolei Scholarship Program as of May 1, 2026. This foundation was originally established in March 2024 with the purpose of supporting students from Kawthoolei, the Thai border areas, and refugee camps. Since its beginning, the foundation has been guided by three main purposes:

1. Clear and accurate financial records – All grants, donations, and financial information are carefully recorded to ensure clarity and avoid confusion or misunderstanding.

2. Transparency and integrity – All representatives and supporters are committed to honesty and accountability, so that everyone involved can feel confident and respected. 3. Shared mission of support – This foundation is not the work of one person alone. It represents the collective support of Saw Poe Thaw Thaw, along with friends, teachers, and leaders who contribute together. Financial reports are shared annually to maintain transparency with all supporters.

Although the name has changed, our mission and commitment remain the same. We will continue to grow, improve, and strengthen our work in supporting students. Through this program, we have supported a total of 15 students. Among them, 5 students have successfully graduated. Some have continued their studies, while others are now contributing to community development. Currently, we continue to support 12 students, and we remain committed to helping them achieve their educational goals.
